About Job:

• Develop semester teaching plans, define teaching objectives, content, schedule, and class hour allocation for Biology.
• Implement classroom teaching in accordance with curriculum frameworks and teaching methodologies; deliver focused instruction with sufficient student practice, design progressive lessons, prepare thoroughly, and develop teaching materials.
• Assign and select appropriate assignments, and correct all student work in a timely manner.
• Conduct research and development for biology project-based courses; attend professional development and training activities on time, complete required teacher training to enhance teaching competencies.
• Regularly track and assess students’ progress in Biology, including formative and summative assessments.
• Possess classroom management experience; communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, and provide feedback on learning progress and outcomes.
• Fulfill the teaching goals and requirements set by the school.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology or related field.
• Solid command of English with native-like pronunciation, standard Mandarin, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in subject expertise and familiar with international school curricula.
• Age under 45.
• Strong classroom presence and management skills, able to engage students and create a positive learning atmosphere; good communication and coordination skills; strong professional dedication and sense of responsibility.
• Passionate about education; candidates who can help students develop effective study habits while teaching are preferred.
