About Job:

• • Lead and manage daily school operations to ensure a safe and productive educational environment.
  • Develop and implement academic programs and curricula that meet local, state, and federal educational standards.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff to maintain high educational quality.
  • Monitor and assess student performance data to drive instructional improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and the community to promote engagement and support.
  • Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure effective utilization of funds.
  • Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and policies, including safety and security protocols.
  • Lead professional development initiatives for staff to enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.

About You:

• • Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field.
  • Current state certification or licensure as a school administrator.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in educational leadership or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student assessment.
  • Proficient in educational technology and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
