About School:

Opened in mid-2022, School provides an international (IB) curriculum to students holding foreign passports.   This school caters for Chinese nationals, offering the Chinese curriculum for Years 1-9, leading into the senior international secondary qualifications. It is envisaged that the two schools, while legally separate, will form a model of collaboration and cross-cultural understanding.

About Job:

• The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively with teachers to build a strong programme. The MYP Coordinator also models teaching and learning and interacting with students. The MYP Coordinator would need to be involved in admissions and marketing processes and will be a member of the academic leadership team. A good sense of humor is also advantageous.

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education Administration/Leadership
  • Valid teaching certificate
  • At least 2 years in school leadership team role within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of project and team management.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking abilities with a proven ability to influence and drive organizational change.
  • Flexible, inclusive and pragmatic management style
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
