About School:
School draws from International, Chinese and American learning traditions and weaves them into a bilingual education model. School is fully accredited by WASC, IB and IPC. The IPC curriculum is delivered in a bilingual structure in the Primary School (Foundation- Grade 5) and MYP and DP are courses taught in English in the Secondary School. School also includes a boarding program, optional for students in grades 7 and 8, and mandatory in grades 9-12. Through our residential program, our students develop values, close relationships and independence that are essential for young people to contribute positively to their communities and the world.

About Job:
- • teaching and learning support in accordance with the national curriculum and the appropriate syllabus, materials and schemes of work
• assist and deputise for the Head Teacher to direct and maintain strategy and the agreed vision of the school and ensure that the vision is shared and understood
• assist to manage the school to promote a culture of encouragement, support and challenge in order to achieve each child’s full potential and the highest possible educational standards
• assist to maintain overall school responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations
• assist, subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, support, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all staff to ensure targets are met
• delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
• work with parents and governors to maximise their involvement in the school and the development of resources for it
• maintain your professional development and maintain currency with the curriculum and current educational thinking and practice by personal study and attendance at courses, workshops, meetings and reviews
• assist to manage, update and develop school policies
About You:
- • A minimum of ten years’ teaching experience
• Fully qualified with an appropriate education degree, or a Bachelor’s degree
• Leadership with ability to manage and motivate in a school environment
• Demonstrable time management and class management skills
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational, observation and communication skills
• Experience of working in an English-speaking environment.
